This Diesel Mega Chief DZ4291 comes in black ion-plated stainless steel case with a black leather strap. Fixed black ion-plated bezel. Black dial with orange and black hands and index and Arabic numeral hour markers. Arabic numeral marks the 12 o'clock position. Minute markers around the outer rim.
